We offer a number of merit and financial need scholarships for students pursuing an education at Wake Technical Community College. Students are highly encouraged to apply for scholarships to help offset the cost of pursuing an education. All Foundation scholarships are selected based on applications submitted through this website.
Foundation scholarships are made possible through the generous gifts of our individual and corporate donors.
Financial need scholarships are open to any student in good standing who can demonstrate a financial need. Applications are reviewed by a committee which typically meets in June of each year to review applications and allocate scholarships.
Applications are accepted online once a year,
March 1 - April 30 for Fall semester awards.

Merit based scholarships are awarded for exceptional academic performance at Wake Tech. Applications are reviewed by committees which typically meet in November of each year to review applications and allocate scholarships.

September 1 - October 30 for Spring semester.
PLEASE NOTE: Financial Need and Merit Based scholarships are for students enrolled in Curriculum programs.
