Annual and Endowed Scholarships

With educational costs rising, scholarships are a win-win opportunity. They enable Wake Tech to attract and retain bright students and make pursuing an education affordable for those with limited resources.

Named scholarships may be established through an endowment or annually funded to honor or memorialize an individual, create a corporate presence at Wake Tech, or acknowledge the accomplishments or needs of Wake Tech’s students.

Scholarships may be earmarked for any curriculum program to assist diploma, certificate or associate degree students and may be based on financial need or academic merit. Merit scholarships give students the encouragement they need to continue their level of educational excellence while financial need-based scholarships are often the only means for some students to continue their academic pursuits.
