PROGRAM SUPPORT includes funding for research and curriculum development so that Wake Tech programs align with the needs of industry; and for materials and learning opportunities beyond the classroom, such as our bi-annual Engineering Competition and our Travel Abroad program.
INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT support allows Wake Tech to provide relevant instruction and produce skilled and marketable graduates who can meet today’s demands.
2013-14: $1.7 million (books, equipment, supplies, and materials throughout the college)
INSTITUTIONAL PRIORITIES AND OPPORTUNITES funding makes it possible for the college to respond quickly to opportunities – acquiring land for expansion, renovating facilities, and supporting student success initiatives.
